A full repair base in Pińczów. Tyre service, car wash and a supply department. The driver only drives the truck — no repairs on the road.

Answers to the most common questions from drivers
What documents do I need for employment?
For official employment you will need: a category C+E driving licence, a tachograph card (chip card), a valid Code 95, and current medical and psychological certificates (orzeczenie lekarskie i psychologiczne — Polish medical and psychological certificates).
Is experience working in Europe required?
Yes, we expect candidates to have at least 3 months of experience driving category C+E in Europe. Before independent trips, a mandatory test drive confirms your skills.
What is the work schedule (rotation)?
We do not impose strict rules. You can choose a flexible rotation system that suits you: 3/1, 4/1, 6/2 or 8/2 (the first number is the weeks on the road, the second is the weeks of rest at home). We strictly observe work and rest rules.
What vehicles will I be driving?
Your working tool is a newer DAF, Scania or Volvo truck (no more than 2 years old, Euro-6 standard, automatic gearbox only). We work on the principle of "one driver — one truck". The trailers are modern Coil-Mulda curtain-siders from Wielton for convenient coil transport.
Do I need to know Polish or other foreign languages?
Knowledge of foreign languages is not a mandatory requirement. Our company has a Russian-speaking dispatch service, available 24/7, which is always in contact and will help solve any issues on the road.

Responsibilities
- Transporting cargo across Europe: Germany, Benelux, France, Spain/Portugal, Italy.
- Driving DAF and Scania trucks (2024–2025) with Coil-Mulda semi-trailers.
- Complying with tachograph rules and Mobility Package requirements.
- Completing transport documents (CMR, waybills).
- Liaising with the Russian-speaking dispatch service.
- Checking the technical condition of the truck before departure and after the trip.
- Following routes and dispatcher instructions.
Working conditions
- Pay of 430–490 zł per day net.
- Official employment under umowa o pracę (Polish employment contract; ZUS paid by the employer).
- Flexible rotation: 3/1, 4/1, 6/2 or 8/2 (individual arrangements possible, no shorter than 3/1).
